Welcome to Desert Adventure Tours. By making a deserts safar booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All deserts safar bookings must be made in advance through our official website, contact number, or authorized partners.
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as per the package selected.
You will receive a confirmation email or message with details of your safari schedule.

2. Payments & Cancellations

Payment must be made securely at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled safari may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Health & Safety

Our safaris involve adventurous activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, and camel rides. Participants must ensure they are physically fit for such activities.
Pregnant women, individuals with back/neck problems, or serious medical conditions should avoid dune bashing.
Desert Adventure Tours is not liable for any injury or loss arising from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Itinerary & Services

We strive to deliver the exact experience mentioned in your deserts safar booking package. However, schedules may change due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives or rescheduling options.

5. Liability

Desert Adventure Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the safari.
Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk, and all guests must follow guide instructions.

6. Governing Law

All deserts safar bookings are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
